About Us
On this page, I cover in detail about myself, how my business works, vehicle drop-off details and time estimations!

About Me
Hey, I'm Liam! I've started detailing officially in late 2022, and have been detailing to learn the work prior since 2021. After I first started driving my truck in high school school in 2020 (GO GLADIATORS!) and later using it to frequently chauffer friends around, I began washing it at least once a week. Like my father, I always had a clean truck. I started out with my dad's soap bucket and wash mitt, then began buying more wash products, buckets, towels and then some waxes and a polisher. Eventually I turned it into a business! My Inferno Red 06 became my "test monkey" and started trying out different products to see which ones worked best and liked the most. Lots of trial and error testing evolved to the products I use today... and I'm always still branching out and trying new things! And if you have a product you would like me to try out on your vehicle, I can definitely do so!
My interest in auto detailing largely stems from my huge passion for cars. When I was little, even now often times, I used to play all of the need for speed games on the Wii and XBOX, Forza motorsports and Horizon's, and Asseto Corsa. I actually bought my black 2012 Boss 302 because it was my favorite car in Need for Speed (I'm a bit of a dork lol). From simple daily drivers, to classics, muscle, Euro, sports and exotics... I love them all... I'm a car guy! I have extreme OCD when it comes to my full inside and out, paint work and coatings packages. In other words, I like to get that last bit of dirt or dust up or I am NOT satisfied! I can literally see everything in a car... a blessing and a curse. Then, seeing the final after product is something I've always loved working towards. It is incredibly satisfying. And more importantly, the customers reaction to a total re-haul on their car. That is the part I genuinely enjoy the most, the peoples excitement. Whatever the car... Prius, Audi, Ferrari, I like to work to the same high expectation and maintain the same level of care for every vehicle I work on. I prefer to be more quality oriented while taking my time for the finer details.
As of now, It is currently just me working in the shop, but honestly, I want to keep it that way for now. When it comes to detailing, everyone has their own way of order, their own way of detailing and level of detail. I want my customers, family and friends to come to me for my work, and my quality of work that I feel cannot be really replicated. I have lots of experience with handling interior dirt and stains, along with polishing, paint corrections and coatings. Paintwork like coating, especially correcting has to be one of my most favorite things to do. Be sure to check the recent work I've performed on my 2012 Boss 302 Laguna Seca to see what I'm capable of!!
About Zepp's Auto Detailing
In terms of my website, packaging system and pricing, I provide all types of detailing services and all individual packaging. I like to give all of my customers the choice between paint corrections, coatings, interior and exterior services, along with different levels of each service to cater to all types of vehicle conditions, wants or needs. That way, you don't have to spend lots of money on a ceramic coating when your car isn't in need of a total paint correction or even a polish. Or a light interior package for a lightly dirty and dusty car! While paint correcting your car isn't entirely necessary for a coating (depending on the state of the paint), I will still highly recommend the extensive prep. When deciding on services like these, I like to be as honest informative as possible. You can also check out all of my info about ceramic coatings and paint corrections here! In all, if you just want a ceramic coating, or just want a paint correction, you got it! And as always, if you have any questions in regards to detailing and what I do, anything in general... I'm more than happy to help and answer!
About Vehicle Drop-off and Detail Times
When it comes to dropping your vehicle off at my shop, I like to be as catering and flexible as I can. I understand that dropping your vehicle off can be a major inconvenience. Especially when you need it to drive to work and back, or if you're on a narrow schedule. My standard drop off time is from 8:30 - 9:30. I can always take in your car at and earlier time the day of the detail as well, or the evening or night before! I even prefer nightly drop-offs more since it gives me the chance to get a head start on your vehicle. Often times, you may receive it ahead of schedule!

My detail package times often range and change depending on your vehicle. Every vehicle is different, and made different too! Some things that largely impact how long a detail will take, is size, level of dirtiness, carpet quality. amount of cracks/crevices and clutter in the vehicle. While it is not necessary for you to remove personal belongings from your car, I very much appreciate it! While it does take a little bit of extra time to remove things, I unfortunately do sometimes forget about some items, especially if there are a lot of belongings. And if I do happen to miss an item, please let me know! I more than likely have it, this kind of thing happens more often than you would think haha.

My Full Details typically take me 12 hours or slightly less for small cars, and about 14 hours for a large one. I always schedule my customers for 2 days of work. With quality and attention to detail comes time. I would rather have a very nice end product, than one that is sloppy and rushed. For a large SUV with 3rd row seats, you can expect a finish time around the following morning/afternoon, with a drop off time at about 8:30 the day before. I can usually knock out my small 2D coupes in one day with a morning drop off time. For Paint Corrections, the time may range from one to three days depending on the level of correction and vehicle size. Ceramic coatings typically take 2-3 days to allow for washing, paint prep and a day for drying/initial cure time of the coating.
